Why I do this work

For decades, I lived in a frantic blur of activity, not considering how to include space or time to connect to my deep desires or take care of my health and well-being. I ignored my spirit. I rarely took time to explore or seek adventure. I was surviving but not truly thriving.

I was also shut down creatively, but afraid to examine that idea. The busier I was, the easier it was to ignore that nagging issue.

It was working with a coach for the first time that I woke up. I sold my business. I dove into understanding creativity and its amazing power. Making creativity the focus of my work with other great women, women ready to step into their power and live lives that light them up, enables me to witness incredible change over and over.

For many it’s reaching new levels of confidence, boldly honoring their gifts, setting important boundaries, reaching new heights in their careers, or mapping out a truly fulfilling future. In short, they make their dreams a reality and are having their biggest impact. I can help you do this too.

November is a wonderful time to explore France — in Paris and the southwest countryside. Without the rush of tourists, and with temperatures in the 50s, each day is filled with great experiences, including incomparable food, art, culture, and nature plus multiple ways to create and integrate the stimulation, and more.

L’Aventure Française is designed to delight you

The experience

• You will live in a great flat in Paris for 5 days with 5 other terrific women. I’ll be with you to lead the adventure.

• We’ll explore the city by metro and on foot. We will visit museums and historic and cultural sites, explore neighborhoods and unique shops, eat great food, and take in the magic all around us.

• From Paris, we will take the train to the Nouvelle Aquitaine countryside in southwest France and live in a fabulous country house. The pace will slow down, with lots of time to be, as we integrate the experiences of our time in Paris, explore the local village and markets, create expansively, play with abandon, and have deep conversations.

• Meals will be a delight — healthy, hearty, beautiful.

• There will be flexibility and personal time.

• There will be one-on-one coaching support before the retreat to help you focus on the trip in a deeply personal way and group calls so everyone gets to know each other well. There will be individual coaching while we are in the country.

• The program begins early, so that you will arrive at the retreat immersed in the process and ready to build on that foundation.

The details

• 2024 program dates: [November 6 – November 18].

• Enrollment is initially offered only by invitation, and also by application.

• The women on this trip are focused on personal development and willing to go deep together. Interviews will determine the fit and ensure that everyone in the group is compatible.

• There are only 6 spots available to be part of this spectacular retreat, and many are already filled!

• The retreat fee includes most everything: all of your lodging in Paris and the countryside; breakfast and lunch each day in Paris (dinners will be on your own or with others as you prefer); three wonderful meals each day in the country; all museum entry tickets; trains to and from southwest France; all materials for creating; and the last night’s lodging and dinner at an airport hotel before departure on November 18.

• Transportation to and from France is not included. Plan to arrive in Paris on November 6 and travel by taxi or Uber to the flat from the airport on your own. (We will help to coordinate transportation from the airport, as many flights arrive at De Gaulle from the US at around the same time).

• I’ll share the fees when we talk, however, if you planned an experience like this robust program on your own, the cost would far exceed this fee — and the chance to be among this select group.
