Hi, I’m Rochelle.

My professional journey began in design and marketing, when I led the team in my design firm to create exquisite, authentic marketing and visual branding for our clients.

And, in 2010, after over three decades in the field (and while working with a remarkable coach) I realized I was ready to find work that would light me up in bigger ways. 

And so, I sold my business and trusted myself to find my way.

 

What I know is that when you are ready for change, doors appear. Teachers appear. And big change can happen.

 

When new doors appeared for me, I opened them.

I embarked on a 2-year deep dive into studying creativity. Why? Because I was an award-winning “creative” who was seriously blocked when it came to creating personally. Intuitively, I knew that was something I needed to understand and unlock.

The outcome of my intensive study changed my life. I created my Creative Core Coaching practice to integrate everything I learned into a unique and powerful coaching approach. 

Soon I was helping other accomplished women — much like the woman I was back in 2010 — who felt stuck, wanted to figure out what’s next, navigate a big life transition, and live fully-realized lives. And I also focused on supporting women in organizations, so they can learn to reduce stress, live lives that are fulfilling as they make big contributions, and show up boldly to have their biggest impact.

Every day I guide women who yearn for change in their lives to leverage the creative power each of us was born with, to fuel their journeys. It is wonderful to see the effects is has for them.

The key to all of this expansion is creativity, and happily, each of us came into the world as a creative being. It’s inside all of us, waiting to be leveraged. 

When you learn how to access more of your creativity and learn how to bring it into every part of your life, remarkable change begins to happen.

 

I teach and support amazing women to live their biggest, best, most fulfilling lives.

 

I help women to move past what keeps them blocked, stuck and small.

Whether it’s working with private clients, leading retreats, or working with women in organizations, we tackle mindset limits of all kinds. We pinpoint the big desire in their hearts — as they relate to careers, businesses, personal lives, missions, or any combination. And then we forge a path to make those dreams their reality, by taking one small step (and some bigger leaps) at a time.

Is this process fast and easy? True transformation takes time. But all of the changes are exciting, and they build and expand as we work together.

My clients are living proof of the life-changing impact of Creative Core Coaching.

 

And, I have an even bigger mission.

I knew that what I learned on my journey needed to be shared with more women than those in my coaching programs. And so, I started to write.

What, in time, became my book — Live Big: A Manifesto for a Creative Life — started when I decided to get specific about how, exactly, I was living big, and share what I had learned. 

I identified the fundament aspects of both my new state of being, and the things I was doing, when I learned to unlock my biggest life. And I wanted my book to include exercises and practices, so I could help others to experience what living a fully realized, big, creative life is like.

I am delighted to say that Live Big has provided the foundation upon which countless women have built more satisfying lives.
