I do a summer retreat for my department each year that's partly social, partly non-traditional learning and partly aimed at increasing teamwork. Having experienced one of Rochelle’s workshops, I asked her to create a similar day for my team. I was delighted to learn that she does team-building workshops that are much like the workshop I’d attended and found so powerful. 

My team of 16 had a fantastic experience. They shared the fun and creative spontaneity of both individual and group Intuitive Painting projects, did thoughtful personal writing, and shared in meaningful conversations that Rochelle facilitated. She taught us about how to activate and cultivate creativity, and how it can be employed to enhance every aspect of our work, as well as to enrich our personal lives. Everything ran like clock-work, and the pace of the retreat was terrific. The members of my diverse team connected in new ways and are bringing insights and enthusiasm from the retreat into our day-to-day work in visible ways.

I highly recommend this program to the leader of any group who seeks to ignite creative energy and build closer relationships amongst the members of a team.
