Why I do this work

For decades, my spirit was relegated to a back burner in the midst of a hectic life. And, I was a designer, but was shut down creatively—unless it was related to solving a client’s problem. The busier I was, the easier it was to ignore that issue, which I did for decades.

Then I began working with a coach and woke up in my life. I sold my business and studied the incredible power of creativity— which became the focus of the coaching practice I created. I now  support other great women who are ready to take a clear look at their lives and step into their power to live their biggest, best lives.

Witnessing remarkable women make great change in their lives, as they reach new levels of confidence and make their dreams a reality is my greatest joy. They have enormous impact and relish great fulfillment. I would be honored to help you do this too.

Creation Vacation supports you in depth

The experience:

• You will live in a gorgeous, spacious house by the ocean in York Maine for 5 nights, arriving for dinner on Monday and departing on Saturday.

• You will share the house with 7 other magnificent women, all engaged with you in deep, meaningful work to cultivate powerful creative energy.

• Meals will be a delight—healthy, hearty, beautiful.

• There will be exciting creative expansion and meaningful somatic experiences to fully embody the insights that unfold.

• There will be fun—creative exploration and play, movement, laughter.

• There will be flexibility and personal time.

• There will be one-on-one coaching support before and during the retreat.

• The program begins as soon as you enroll. You will arrive at the retreat immersed in the process and ready to build on that foundation.
